ShineEventDelete your ShineEvent account
You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time, yourself, without writing to us.
Do it yourself
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and asks for one confirmation.
On the website: open My space → Settings, then Delete my account.
If you no longer have access
If you uninstalled the app or lost access to your address, write to us from the account address, or tell us which one to delete: contact@shineevent.shinenows.com
What is erased
Your email address, your password, the events saved in your account, the organizers you follow and the devices that received your notifications. Upcoming dates you had published are cancelled, and the people who were expecting them are told.
What stays: past events you published remain online without your name, and moderation decisions are kept without saying who took them — European digital services law requires it. Events kept on your phone stay there.
Timing
A deletion made from the app or the website takes effect immediately. A request by email is handled within 30 days at most.
