1. Provider and service

ShineEvent (operated by Jean Paul Poutchoko Nguekam / ShineNows, Gewerbeschulstr. 34, 67549 Worms) is an online event directory. Organisers (associations, student unions, parishes, artists, promoters) can publish their own events on it.

2. Free of charge during the launch phase

Publishing events is free of charge during the launch phase. ShineEvent may end this phase at any time with effect for the future; events already published are unaffected by such a change.

3. Organiser obligations

The organiser warrants that the information they enter (text, images, contact details) is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Image rights: the organiser warrants that they hold all necessary rights to images uploaded or linked (copyright, the personality rights of people depicted) and indemnifies ShineEvent against third-party claims arising from any infringement of those rights.

4. Moderation and removal

ShineEvent reserves the right to review events after publication and to remove them in the event of a breach of these terms, of applicable law, or following a substantiated report (Art. 16 DSA).

5. Exclusion of liability

ShineEvent merely provides the technical platform and gives no warranty as to the accuracy of published events, nor that they will take place or be cancelled. Buying tickets and attending an event are matters solely between you and the organiser concerned.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be adapted as the service develops. Users are informed of any material changes.
